ToneCopy provides an online AI color-grading tool that applies the color style of a reference image or preset to a photo you provide.

The Service is available to visitors without registration. Each visitor receives a daily free quota; when it is exhausted you may continue using the fast engine or unlock extra runs by watching a rewarded ad.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to use.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any reference image you use.

You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely for the purpose of delivering the requested result.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
